He attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and graduated with a Bachelor of Music with a concentration in jazz guitar performance in 2010.

Since moving to DC last year Nick has continued to work as freelance jazz guitarist. He has also picked up the uke, plectrum banjo, and piano in recent years. Also, he has been involved with the up-and-coming, DC-based Pointless Theatre Co., writing, arranging, and performing with them.

Nick has been teaching since 2008. He tailors his lesson plans to the individual, making it a point to help each student find their own musical voice.

Nick teaches Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.
