Whether vintage, used or brand new, we’ll get your instrument in great playing shape.

Our skilled technicians will examine and assess your musical instrument maintenance and repair needs on-site with friendly and timely service.  If we can’t fix it, we’ll help you find someone who can.

THE REPAIR SHOP’S ON-SITE REPAIR SERVICES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Set-Up

  • Includes new strings, set bridge/saddle height and radius, adjust action, clean/oil fretboard, clean and polish body, clean electronics, adjust truss rod, tighten tuners and intonate. Up charges for premium string requests.

    We highly recommend a full set-up for maximum value and best maintenance for your instrument.

  • Guitar, Mandolin, Ukulele, Banjo – $95

    Bass Guitar & 12-String – $105

    Locking Tremolo – $110

    *Overly dirty instruments will incur a $10 fee for extra labor required

Electric Pick-Up Replacement

  • Hollow Body Guitars – $120 to $150 plus cost of Pickup

    Telecaster – $75 for bridge pickup/intonation: $95 for two plus cost of pickups

    Stratocaster – $55 for one pickup, $70 for two, $80 for three plus cost of pickups

    Electric Pickup Modifications – Please give us a call to discuss your needs

Tuner Replacement

  • Without need for doweling or reaming – $50

    Reaming/Fitting – $65

    Single ‘Drop in’ – $10 (includes best match tuner)

Re-String

  • Includes string replacement, nut lubrication, wipe down of instrument

  • 6-String Guitars, Bass, Folk Instruments – $25 plus price of strings

    12-String Guitar – $40 plus price of strings

    Locking Tremolo – $25 plus price of strings

Acoustic Pick-Up Installation

  • Soundhole Pickups (wired to jack) $80 plus price of Pickup

    Piezo with battery attachment ($100) plus price of Pickup

Other Services

  • Replace Input Jack on Pickguard or Plate – $25 plus cost of Jack

    Strap Button $25 (includes button)

Truss Rod & Adjustment

  • Guitars, Bass, Mandolin, Banjo – $25

    If Neck must be removed – $35

    Dual Truss Rod – $30

Custom Nut

  • Plastic: $45 includes nut

    Pre-cut Graphite or Tusq – $65 includes nut

    Hand Cut Bone Nut – $100 includes nut blank

    Compensated Saddle – $100 includes nut blank

Band/Orchestra Instruments

We partner with outside band and orchestra service providers to meet your needs. Please give us a call to set up repair or maintenance for your instrument.

Additionally, we rent all manner of band/orchestra instruments (Fractional Violins, Violas and Cellos are available) as well as Guitars, Mandolins and Banjos. 

REPAIRS GENERALLY TAKE 7-14 DAYS TO FULFILL –

—maybe longer/shorter depending on how long our queue is, if parts need to be ordered, etc. We will give you our best estimate as to when your instrument will be ready.
